The Associations provide municipal-type services to residents of The Woodlands, Texas.  The services are funded through annual assessments, paid by property owners, allocated through The Woodlands' community associations (The Woodlands Community Association, The Woodlands Association and The Woodlands Commercial Owners Association.) On this site, you will find information about the associations' services, including, parks and recreation, environmental services, The Recreation Center programs, deed restriction enforcement, neighborhood services, The Woodlands Watch, The Woodlands Fire Department and other useful information to you as a resident of The Woodlands.
